Tested: Centrifugal vs. Masticating Juicers

Will and Norm get juiced this week while testing two recommended juicers that use different juice extraction techniques. One is a centrifugal juicer that uses a fast-spinning grinding blade, and the other is a masticating juicer that crushes fruit and vegetables into submission. But which yields the most juice?

  1. I would put the kale in the masticating juicer with the stems up

  2. Any juicer you recommend is good because the juice you got is good for you anyway 🙂 #grwzhzq

  3. I'm on a Pure Liquid diet because of Pulmonary Hypertension and recent Radiotherapy. I want the max output with no non-soluble fibre (it claggs in my throat) I want to eat mainly hard Veg, (carrots etc,) but I also get lots of cheap Fruit from the Market so I want to do everything including Grapes, Tomatoes, Plums, Pears, Berries, ETC. Given that juicers are expensive, do I need to buy 2 different types or would the masticating type be the best (I'm not too worried about speed of operation).

  4. keeps the fiber, whole juice is what you want, fuck juicers.

  5. the guy with glasses seems low IQ(no offense) but who do the thinks the way he did. most of his process were without logic. and he reply pissed me the way he put green leaf in the machine. I mean seriously u did that.

  6. is masticating juicer good for extracting sugarcane?

  7. I use an omega I just it's not hard to clean. I brush it off then put it in dish washer.

  8. did u guys ever or anyone in the comments ever try to clean the masticating juicer its like the one thing i wanted to know in the review seems like an important thing to over look in a review is how easy to use and or clean a machine

  9. Great for people healing from cancer and other diseases!

  10. you had to use the Philips QuickClean Juicer.

  11. Awkward af

  12. Should have compared tastes -_-

  13. Pair of tits

  14. "that's not a real thing" RIP physics

  15. Why is Norm there? Why does he suck so much?

  16. show the cleaning

  17. How can you not trade the juice so you can taste (any) difference? I'm absolutely baffled. You spend all this time and money taping this and… face palm

  18. Beautiful nasty video

Great video but you are missing the main point of having juice made on a masticating, slow, cold, whatever juicer. It doesn't heat the veggies, fruits and greens and there's almost no aeration. This means no oxidizing, no damaging on vitamins, minerals and enzimes, which are very volatile and important nutrients you lose on the centrifugal machine.
Another thing not recomended on horizontal single auger machines would be to process soft fruits alone, which it did pretty well in the case! It's more recomended to put a soft fruit followed by a hard veggie.
Anyways great video! I believe people should be encouraged to go slow on the juices!
